David Waranch

Of Counsel

David is an experienced Maryland traffic lawyer who has handled thousands of traffic cases. He appears regularly throughout the State of Maryland on a near daily basis. David has successfully handled every type of traffic case, including speeding tickets, MVA hearings, DUI cases, and commercial motor vehicle violations. He has been recognized by Super Lawyers and is known by colleagues to be the “go to” Maryland traffic attorney.

A Baltimore native, David attended Towson University where he graduated summa cum laude (with highest honors) with a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology. After college, he attended The University of Baltimore School of Law where he graduated magna cum laude. While in law school, he was a member of the law review, the school’s most prestigious journal.

He is a member of several professional organizations, including the Maryland State Bar Association, The Maryland Criminal Defense Attorneys Association, The Maryland Association for Justice, and the Prince George’s County Bar Association.

Prior to starting his own firm, he was an attorney for the Office of the Public Defender in Baltimore City and Prince George’s County, Maryland.
